Affordable crash pad with a sea view and parking, near to restaurants and beaches. Not for kids. Positive: Seaview is very calming and wonderful sunsets available. Bathroom is fully equipped and great shower, didn't try the jet bath. It's walking distance from Barrio Poniente with dozens of restaurants and jogging distance from many beaches. Bed very good and TV has Netflix. Security staff are friendly and parking available. Quiet at night. Air conditioning and air heating mean you have the temperature you need regardless of weather. Outdoor pool very nice and worth a dip. Negative: Crossing the road is a death trap. Not for small kids or adults generally. Bent roadside barriers are testament to the risk you run, there was a crash while I was there. No joke. Even the pavements you have to follow for hundreds of metres to cross are extremely dangerous in many locations. Cutlery was a bit of a joke. No laundry and not a place to prepare food. It's a crash pad.
